These Terms govern use of GrabMyRewards, a product of KLCKSTART PTE. LTD. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable campaign, reward or partner conditions.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and using your account only for legitimate activity. We may require account or email verification.

GMR Credits and Rewards

GMR Credits are platform reward units used within GrabMyRewards. Eligibility, availability, value, redemption requirements and other conditions may vary by campaign or reward. GMR Credits are not represented as a bank deposit or general-purpose currency.

Earning Activity

Credits may be awarded for eligible campaigns, merchant activity, promotions or activities supplied through approved third-party partners. Completion alone may not guarantee a reward where verification or partner confirmation is required.

Pending, Reversed or Withheld Rewards

Transactions may remain pending while activity is verified. Credits may be rejected, reversed or withheld for duplicate, cancelled, invalid, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible activity, including where a partner reverses or rejects the underlying transaction.

Prohibited Activity

Users must not manipulate tracking, create fraudulent or duplicate activity, misuse accounts, interfere with the platform or attempt to obtain rewards for activity that does not satisfy the applicable requirements.

Third-Party Services

Some opportunities may be provided by third parties and may be subject to additional eligibility rules, privacy terms and conditions. GrabMyRewards does not claim a partnership with any provider unless it has been approved and activated.

Changes and Availability

Features, campaigns, rewards and availability may change as the platform develops. Material terms may also be updated when necessary.
